Materials

For our screened enclosures we use PHIFER screening material which is manufactured from vinyl coated fibreglass mesh. It reduces UV rays by up to 15%, and has a expected life of 10-12 years.
We use wind resistant flat shaped rubber spline to hold the screen mesh into the aluminium framework, which makes it impossible to come loose even under strong wind loads.
We use colour matching screws to construct our enclosures and 90% of our screws and fixings are hidden from view. This ensures a clean looking installation.
We do not use unsightly clips or angle brackets as used by some of the competition.
All of our extrusions are manufactured using Aluminium Alloy 6061-T51 in either white or bronze, which has a "tough" baked on enamel finish. Which makes it more difficult to scratch.
The aluminium structure is easy to clean and is very durable. All gaps are filled using aluminium kick plate and sealed using a specialized silicon based sealant in matching colours
We also provide matching aluminium guttering and drainpipes for your enclosure as well as pet flaps if required.
